i don't even know where to begin. i have totally and completely forsaken this tiny little space of mine on the world wide web and i am so upset with myself about it. this is supposed to be an online diary of our lives for our girls to look at someday and i am completely dropping the ball!

ok...i am going to do some major updating to get us back on track.

a whole lot has happened since the holidays...granted the weather isn't much different (spring, hello? where the heck are you??)...but let's go back and reminisce on all things christmas for a minute.

we'll start with our absolute favorite night of the year...
the hauck holiday skate!

this will sadly be the last outdoor skate at shaw park for a few years. they are tearing this rink down (tear) and building a brand new one. so we will have to change the holiday skate location for the next two years. obviously, we would love to keep this event outdoors because, let's be honest, that's the best part! however, if we have to move indoors, we will. we'll do anything to keep this tradition going for our girls.

as always it was the perfect night to skate under the stars!
