diggin' the city garden

on thursday ryan spent the morning with dottie and ya ya so lilly & i shared a much needed mommy & lilly day. we decided to try the city garden downtown with the sweeney's (shocker) and our u-city friends. this was our first time at the city garden and i can't wait to go back so ry can check it out. lilly had a great morning having all of mommy's attention and running around with all the big kids!













who knew a solo cup could be so entertaining?






after the city garden we met ry back at home for naps then headed over to dow's pizzeria.









bossy specifically asked for "no binky pics on the blog" but i just couldn't help myself. this picture is just too cute. in brendy's defense, he had taken a nasty spill a few mintues before. nothing a hug from his best bud couldn't fix!








ps...i promise we do dress our children before we head over to ne ne & dow's. it seems like they are always naked over there. but who doesn't love babies in diapers??
