halloween #2
2:00 PMour second halloween event of the season was on wednesday evening at the sweeney household. this is the sweeney's 3rd annual halloween bash. ry and i decided to take a stroll down memory lane on tuesday night and watch the video i took of the 1st sweeney halloween party. she thought it was hilarious that she was the baby and lilly wasn't even at the party! it seems like only yesterday these two were this little!
last halloween i was no where near the paparazzo that i am today. i didn't take any pictures from the sweeney halloween bash. bad katie!
then of course there is this year. the kids had a wonderful time strutting their stuff in their costumes. i must admit the party gets slightly more chaotic every year with the addition of new kids. however, some things seem to get a little easier the older they get! at the party this year 4 of the 7 moms are expecting...so 4 more kiddos to add to the fun next year!

the kids listening intently while bossy explains the rules to "pin the grin on the pumpkin." even though it's been years since's been in a classroom...the teacher in her always comes out!
this game proved to be a little too easy for all of our genius kids!

next, we all came upstairs for a round of "hot pumpkin"
then it was time to head outside for the costume parade!
what a great party! big thanks to aunt bossy for putting it all together.
after all the fun it was time to clean up....
