if you follow me on any other social media front then you are well aware that my baby turned one on friday.

more on that later....

today we party!

ok, well, saturday we partied...and by partied i mean we small get-together'ed. this was not our usual blow out party. i hosted a sgm happy hour on thursday night so we decided to keep the first birthday small because, well, she is one and she doesn't know the difference.

it's cool...we had cake and a big minnie mouse balloon and she was happy as can be!

oh yes and these $1 sunglasses that may found at party city. annie actually kept them on for quite awhile. this girls loves to make us laugh.

my gma was working her weather magic once again. it rained all day saturday...i'm talking big rain...then an hour before the party the sun came out and it proved to be a gorgeous evening.

minnie was a huge hit! we stole this idea from our pal josies' bday party...annie was enthralled with it so i knew we had to get one for her big day!

we were so happy aunt mary was in town to help us celebrate!

we were missing the entire sweeney clan. molly had her dance recital the same day. however, my mom and dad were able to bring the boys. they had a great time...as you can see! haha
