my goodness i am so behind on this little blog. i need to do some serious catching up this week.
let's finally finish up our big summer vacation.
(it was over an entire month ago. good lord life is moving way too fast)
after a long day of traveling from chicago-to-nashville-to-florida, dan finally go into town around midnight on thursday. the girls were so excited to wake up and see their dad!
we saved all of our favorite restaurant spots for when dan was with us.
out to dinner on vacation means we dress up and take pics.
that's just how i roll.
thankfully my kids are used to it now...and even offer photo shoot spots.

while dan and i were away at dinner, the little elves were busy decorating for dan's birthday!
there is nothing better than having your birthday at the beach...and boy did we pack a lot into his big day!

and an evening at the harbor.
ryan and i zip lined for the first time. man oh man, was that fun!

we hit up another ocean adventure on this trip. the girls loved every single second of parasailing. they cannot wait to do it again.

our last day was spent at big kahuna. our girls first official trip to a water park. they were in heaven.
so much to do...good thing our tour guide kept her map close by.
ryan braved the biggest slide of the day
