disney....take two

onward we go on this disney adventure...

the next portion is brought to us by monday and hollywood studios.

as soon as we got there ryan and dan headed off to try and sign up for jedi training. apparently that has become quite the popular attraction because it was sold out for the entire day by 9:15am. instead they decided to give the rock and roller coaster a shot.

they loved it so much they went again...and made my dad go!
(no clue who that random is next to dan)

while they were rocking and rolling...we were taking in the disney junior live show.
the little girls looooooved this!

after the show they got to meet some of their favorite disney jr friends.

annie was just a tad excited about seeing pluto...

and sofia...

and doc...

and jake too!

the girls took a little trip on the tower of terror.

after a little lunch we took in a live action beauty and the beast show.

had a beer with the toy story army guys.

sang along with elsa and anna to our favorite frozen tunes!

after a quick afternoon rain storm we took the big girls back to magic kingdom to check out the electrical parade. i am sooo very glad we did because it's been officially retired!

once tuesday rolled around we were ready for a little bit of a breather. we didn't have any plans until mickey's not so scary hallween party that evening so we took full advantage and spent the morning at the pool!

that afternoon we booked some spa appointments for the girls. this included a princess dress of their choice...hair, nails and makeup. talk about royal treatment!! this worked out perfectly since the kids are encouraged to dress up for mickey's halloween party!

this whole experience was amazing. the girls loved being transformed into princesses and we loved watching them!

decisions, decisions!

this dress up chest was absolutely magical. they had every costume in every size. a little girls dream come true!

lilly chose tiana and ryan chose jasmine.

next was may's turn to choose from the dress up chest of wonder...

no longer may...it's repunzel now!

finally it was annie's turn.
the big girls wanted so badly to help her choose, but a 2 year old gets what a 2 year old wants!

the ladies ate annie up. they couldn't wait to get their hands on that hair of hers.

then it was off to mickey's party. this was easily my favorite part of the entire trip! we loved every second of it. the short rides, the parade, the fireworks! if you ever have an opportunity to attend a halloween party...do it!!!

the parade...oh the parade! this was easily the best parade we saw all week. we sat right at the start of the parade in frontier land and had an awesome view! aladdin curtseyed to ryan and the queen of hearts was enamored with annie!

after the parade we hit up splash mountain...twice!

annie and may were quickly losing steam so my mom and dad took them back to the hotel while dan, elaine and i stayed with the big girls to watch the fireworks.
