new year, new hair

except for a few wonderful birthdays...january is such a blah month. i swear i go into a slight depression every january after all the christmas hooplah comes to an end. why can't all the excitement of decemeber stretch until spring? not to mention we are always stuck indoors during the winter months because of the frigid temps. so what is a girl to do when she gets so bored?

how about go for a major hair transformation? i have been talking about going dark for awhile now and finally took the plunge yesterday afternoon. (please excuse the solo shot...dan took this on our way to dinner last night b/c all my fans were requesting a pic. hahaha...fans. i am funny.) this was a big deal for me and boy did i ever need the change. i had been blonde for so long...it feels good to be back to my natural color and to not have to worry about roots! it's going to take some time to get used too but so far i am really digging it. i think i'm going to stay dark for awhile.
