here we go again

lilly has a secret she has been dying to tell everyone...

i suppose it is about time i make this news blog-official. yes indeed, the hauck's are expanding. i'm sure most of you already know this as the news is slowly making it's way around this very small, big city that we live in. we are very excited to be adding another member to our beautiful, at times chaotic household. lilly is especially excited about her new role. she may still be a peanut...but this peanut is planning to take her new role very seriously.
ok, maybe not so seriously. who are we kidding...it's lilly we're talking about afterall. our crazy, silly, soon-to-be middle child will be a wonderful big sis. this baby is very lucky.

now, about this baby. he/she is due december 1st which means i am officially beginning my 2nd trimester this week. always a big milestone to get too. besides feeling like a zombie who could fall asleep at any given moment, i am feeling really good. my babies are very good to me while incubating and don't create any naseau for their mommy. can't always say the same once they are out. (i kid, i kid.)

let's see, what else would you like to know?
we will not be finding out the sex of this little one before he/she arrives. however, rest assured that if this baby is a girl she will be a mary. although, my dad is convinced it's a boy to finally even out the score on that side. ryan on the other hand is convinced it is another girl and decided last night that we are going to name her jessie...brendy says it's a boy who we will name woody. woody hauck. that has a nice ring to it.

whether boy or girl, one thing is for sure....this baby will be loved. he/she is already being showered with kisses and raspberries from his/her big sisters. they talk about the baby non-stop and ryan tells everyone she meets that "there's a baby in mommy's tummy." since ryan was only 7 months when i got pregnant with lilly she had no clue anything out of the ordinary was going on. now, as a very mature 3 year old, she gets it. and i really think lilly gets it too. i cannot wait to see these big sisters in action come december.
