halloween

ahhh halloween.
one of my favorite times of the year. it's the kick off to the best season of all and we love to start off with a bang!
the halloween festivities always start with trunk or treat up at school. this year megan and i decided to chair this event. (our attempt at being more involved moms) i think it worked...our kids acted as if we owned the school that night.
the very next night was our annual family party. since you all know how much i LOVE christmas...we decided to start the holidays early this year with our costumes.
as always my parents killed it with their costumes.

the weekend ended with halloween at bellerive. as you can see, there is no shortage of costumes in our house. i let the girls just choose whatever costume they can find in the basement for the multiple events we attend.
have i mentioned we haven't even gotten to the actual holiday yet?
halloween parties at school...
lucky little lady got out of school early on halloween and was treated to breakfast at our favorite kirkwood diner.
and finally...the big event! we saved the best costumes for last!
