 well after 8 years (i think) our time at good ol' shaw park ice rink had officially come to a close. they started the construction on the property so we had to find a new spot. we wanted to try and keep the outdoor atmosphere we have become used too so we thought we would give centene a try. afterall, lilly and dan spend multiple times a week up there. 

we also decided to move the date. we usually do our skate the sunday before christmas...this year we decided to try the day after christmas.

i have so happy to say that both the new location and the new date worked out so so well. everyone had the best time and it actually gave us something fun to look forward too after the high of christmas eve and christmas day wore off.

we can't wait for next year!!
