spring wrap up

spring was in full effect once we were back from the beach. well you can't really tell by the way we were dressed...i guess mother nature hadn't gotten the memo yet.
but, we powered on because our irish heritage needed to be celebrated!

easter was up next. the forecast for the actual day was pretty crummy. so, of course i made my girls dress up the day before and snap some pictures...because i'm crazy like that!
typical st louis spring. decent weather one day...freezing cold the next.
the big girls had the opportunity to skate with dan down at scotttrade (now enterprise center).
the little girls had their spring dance recitals...
lilly had her spring skating show...
the little girls gave spring field hockey a try.
now this was entertaining to watch!
dan and i (and annie) had vip day in kindergarten...
i was able to join kindergarten on their spring field trip...
and receive a makeover from annie for mother's day.
more makeup ended up on her face than on mine!
the girls had their "olympics" field day...
and we helped open pa's pool in an attempt to summon summer!
bring it on summer 2018...
