september started our crazy ride of after-school activities.

annie started another year of ballet at the lodge...

she was so excited to have her cousin guiliana in class with her!

may started another soccer season

ry went apple picking with her pal on our day off before fall fest.

while we hit up the magic house

fall fest time!

we got some VERY exciting news...ryan got the lead in gcpa's fall production of matilda!

this was so huge for her!!

dan & lil's hockey team got some time with the cup!

lil had her very first hockey game...where she scored 2 goals!!

we stayed after to watch the blues practice...that ended up being quite the morning!

lil's team got to hold the flags during the national anthem at the blue's game. dan happened to be out of town...so my dad & i were able to take her!

i was able to join annie's kindergarten class for their fall field trip to the pumpkin patch.

i was also able to join the 5th grade on their field trip to cahokia mounds.

it was a beautiful day for walking the mounds!

next up was trunk or treat up at school.

i let the girls be whatever they want with their friends...but annie was pretty excited about our family halloween costume this year. she decided to be that at school too!

our family halloween party did not happen this year. unfortunately mother nature had other plans...like a monsoon the day of the party...so we just had a couple friends over to celebrate what is usually our favorite party of the year.

petersons went with our theme...
