mary lil

15 months. how amazing time flies when you have such a fun little girl to spend your days with. tomorrow (sept 18) will mark 15 months for our little mary lillian. although we will not be going to the doc until oct 1 (our pediatrician has become quite the popular one these days!) i wanted to give our little bear a shout out and let everyone know what she's been up to!



besides being absolutely adorable, lil is such a funny little girl. very rarely does she not have a smile on her face. she's even smiling when she knows she's doing something wrong! such a little stinker.



if i had to guess when we go to the doc her stats are not going to be too far off from her 12 month. i put her on our scale at home and she's still weighing in at 18 lbs. such a little peanut. however, i do know she's getting taller because she no longer fits so perfectly under the fridge door when i open it while she's playing with her animal magnets.



not only does she love to follow ryan around everywhere she goes, she's learning a lot from her too. she's really talking up a storm...or at least trying to. some of her favorite words are dada, mama, ba ba, doggie, bubble, pop, bye bye, wa wa. everyday you can see her little mind racing taking in everything about this crazy place we call a home! she is also still our little daredevil. loves to climb (althought not out of her crib yet...thank goodness!!) and expolore everything she is not supposed to.



lil looks more and more like her daddy everyday. i am so in love with those boucing blonde curls...although keeping a bow on that girl's head is going to be harder than i think. she currently has 6 teeth (4 on top, 2 on bottom) and is working on those back molars. she loves to eat everything in sight...but will only sit down for about 2 minutes to eat. hence, the 18 lbs. i swear i do feed the child, she just never stops moving!
