i am really slacking this month. almost two weeks ago our baby turned 10 months old!

i cannot wrap my head around the fact that in just 2 short months (ok, really a month and a half) she will turn 1! i need to start planning her party...

anyway, not to get ahead of ourselves. at 10 months you continue to be about as laid back as they come.

next well visit isn't until 12 months so i don't have any stats this month. i can confirm that you still have a big squishy belly and very chubby thighs. all good things that indicate a healthy baby!

you are still sleeping great. since we are always out and about during the mornings you basically take one nap a day. a nice long 3 hour one in the afternoon. on the weekends when we aren't dropping off and picking up your sisters at preschool you get two 1.5-2 hour naps a day. you are asleep by 8pm every night...but if we happen to be out you can hang until 9. you sleep all night usually waking up around 7:30.

you are so so close to walking i can hardly stand it. you have taken a couple little stutter steps but haven't quite taken that first big one. once you do...which i know is any day now...you will be off and running! i am excited. i just love a wobbly new walker.

you graduated to a big girl car seat like your sisters. you are still facing backwards...which I think you will be for awhile. why switch when you get to see & laugh at your sisters all the time?

speaking of your sisters...they are watching you like hawks waiting for you to take that first step. they come running to tell me every time you stand up by yourself (which is all the time!) they love to watch you grow right in front of their eyes!!

since we are in the middle of my favorite season...we have been hitting up fall activities like crazy around here. you really enjoyed apple picking...

you loved the second trip we made out there just as much. you weren't even scared of that creepy clown in the background

you are loving all the pumpkins...

especially the ones almost as big as you...

we also enjoyed our last visit to dottie's this month. it is sadly closed now...but i am so happy you were able to enjoy some of that yummy ice cream!
