long live dottie's

yes my friends...i am so sad to report that dottie's has closed it's doors for good. (tear)

this just isn't the ideal economy for such a wonderful shop like dottie's to thrive in. my mil gave it a heck of a go and we love her for that.

so many great memories were made at that cute little shop. so many more than my iphone camera ever captured!




(that's lilly on her 1st halloween...as an ice cream come, of course!)

























today the girls and i got to help dottie make all the leftover ice cream. what a fun way to spend an afternoon...















we sure will miss dottie's.

however, should you have a hankering for some of that delicious dottie's ice cream come on by our house. our freezer is full!
