even though it seems as if we haven't really been doing much...i am constantly blowing up my instagram feed with pictures. so we must be doing something, right?!?

here's a run-down...instagram style.

we celebrated st. pat's...it was pretty low-key this year. as much as i love st. pat's this year i just wasn't really feeling it. i think it's because we were missing my favorite irish lass...especially at the st. ann's fish fry. we joke that gma and pop are considered "mr & mrs st. ann" and that was apparent at the fish frys. not only would gma have tables reserved just for her but she would hold court and introduce us to parishioner after parishioner. everyone in that parish knows my grandparents and loves them. seeing so many people go out of their way to come say hello to my pop this year just shows that gma's legacy of love and kindness lives on.

gma loved nothing more than to watch her great grandkids run around at the fish frys...i know she was smiling down on these two

we hit the downtown parade on saturday which was fun but cold. on sunday (st. pat's day) we had breakfast at my brother's house in dogtown. we had no intention of going to the dogtown parade since the weather was not cooperating. however, dan decided last minute to walk down with ryan for a bit. he was so glad he did. they stayed for about an hour and girlfriend got more beads and candy than she would have ever wanted. so overall, it was a good st. pat's.

may thoroughly enjoyed all of "jack's snacks" from my mom & dad's bday party

ryan has talked dan into playing paper dolls on more than one occasion

we actually saw the easter bunny. may was not a fan (which is why my legs made a cameo in this pic)

ryan never misses an opportunity to pose when dressed up

the easter bunny killed it this year! he did not go overboard bringing the girls roller-skates, books and candy. high five bunny!

we have been enjoying all the warmer temps which allow us to play outside

and birthday parties that leave us with fun goodies

dan has taken over the bedtime routine around here and this mama is loving it. my heart melts a little when i hear him read to the big girls.

with the warmer temps brings evening play dates...and boys actually using our hockey equipment

ry has been rocking the side-pony

we let her play hookie one day this week for a zoo day. totally worth it. the weather was warm, but overcast so the zoo was not crowded at all. just the way i like it.

they loved the new sea lion exhibit. it's pretty amazing

wednesday ballet complete with a trip to the sugar shack afterwards

and last but not least...i have become a juicing maniac this week. juicing fruits and veggies in my new juicer like it's nobody's business. mainly to help jumpstart my weight loss...but also to help fuel my body with those pesky greens that i would rather not eat. when you mix it with pineapple it actually tastes good! even the girls like it. score one for mom!
