continuing on with our fun february...

we took advantage of the long weekend over president's day and headed west to our favorite winter hangout.

ryan had yet to miss any days of school this year so we decided to take her out thursday and friday to make the most of our trip.

as you will see, we had such a fun Colorado adventure...

may and I spent lots of good quality time together sneaking pictures of the girls at school








they survived the first day! warm chocolate chip cookies to round out the day. a beaver creek perk.

we took a day off ski school on ryan's actual birthday to do some ice skating and tubing!

sunday evening we took a little trip into vail to meet our california friends for dinner

we couldn't hit up vail without a visit from our favorite ski patrol officer!







we were so sad to leave the great outdoors and head back to the crazy stl winter we're having. the cold and snow is just so much better out there!
