one more day

dear baby #4,

one more day.

one more day until we finally meet. we can hardly contain our excitement. the anticipation of your delivery has everyone on the edge of their seat. 

everyone keeps asking me what i think. are you a boy? are you a girl? i never know how to answer them because i honestly don't know. it sounds very cliche but the truth is your dad and i just want you to be healthy. that is all we have ever wanted. God has made you what you are and, boy or girl, you are meant to be apart of our family.

i have pictured tomorrow morning in my head a thousand times...and even though i have gone through this scenario 3 times already it never, ever gets old. seeing your face for the first time will take my breathe away. hearing your little baby cry will be like hearing my favorite song. i cannot wait to see the tiny little arms and legs that have been kicking and jabbing me for the last 9months. i can't wait to kiss your tiny baby nose and breathe in your heavenly newborn scent. 

it's amazing...you are already loved by so many people and we don't even know who you are yet. 

your sisters, your dad and i cannot wait to bring you home and watch you grow. 

we love you little baby. 

we'll see you tomorrow...i'll be the one who can't stop staring at you.
