after our whirlwind beach vacation it was back to business as usual around here. with just a few weeks to go before school starts back up we thought we'd tackle our summer bucket list.

ok, so we never really made a bucket list...but i really wanted too and if we had peach picking would have definitely been on it.

it's usually a hot sweaty adventure but this year was actually quite delightful. thank you again to our weather angel.

there was only one problem...no peaches this year.

the harsh winter really hurt their crop so there was no pick-your-own this season. such a bummer because eckerts peaches are soooo good. (you can still purchase them in their country store) fortunately we made it in time for blackberries.

they were just as good...
