last month this little beauty made her first holy communion.

i couldn't love this picture more.

i love, so so much, that my grandmother's gorgeous work is living on in my girls. she may no longer be with us physically, but i know she was so very happy looking down on lil on this day.

we had such a beautiful day to celebrate our gal! she was pretty nervous leading up to the big moment...when i left her with her teacher there were a few anxious tears.

seeing this smile as she walked into the church made me so happy.
i love how she musters up the courage to power on!

the next morning the girls were able to get all dolled up again for mass and a special mother/daughter luncheon. this was such a fun morning spent with just my lilly.
