hauck family vacay...take one

we are in full on school mode over here...life is pretty darn sweet for this stay at home mom.

i will be the first to admit that this summer was far from easy. my girls have entered the "fighting" stage of their lives and there were days i wasn't sure i was going to make it through the day let alone the rest of summer. yet, here i am, at home with one kid and actually sitting down to catch the old blog up.

with the post we're going to take it back to the beach...because even though my girls drove me crazy 98.7% of this summer, everything is always better at the beach. 

the girls and i flew down on a monday afternoon to meet up with dottie. my girls have become such great little travelers. they totally know the drill. they watch their shows or color and annie always falls asleep as soon as the plane takes off.
every single time!


 we got in late monday evening, got some dinner and went straight to bed.
woke up tuesday ready to hit the beach!



i have to say that my kids ages are the perfect beach ages. we have no more sand eating, no more nap schedules just all day to play!







wednesday brought much of the same...beach, pool, dinner!





this one looooves the ocean. wants to ride the waves all day, every day!




thursday we woke up to rain so we decided to pamper ourselves a little.

after lunch the sun made it's appearance so we ran down to the beach!
