the little big top

yesterday morning we packed up the girls and headed to the circus! aunt k had gotten tickets for us months ago for the little big top. it's an hour long version of the real circus just for little kids! ryan was bouncing with excitement and anticipation all week...that is until the clown came out! after a brief freak-out about the clown she calmed down and was able to enjoy the rest of the show. lilly, on the other hand, was in a trance. i have not seen this girl sit still like that since she was a newborn. (can we go to the circus everyday?) we weren't allowed to take pictures inside the tent so these were the only shots i could get...but the girls had a wonderful time and ryan couldn't wait for daddy to get home last night to tell him all about it!









we can't wait for circus flora to come back to town next year!
