up up and away
7:18 AMlast thursday we packed up our gear and headed west to beaver creek. we had been looking forward to this trip since we set it up back in october. we were meeting some friends of (and their two little girls)
who live in california out there...so some measly shoulder surgery was not about to keep dan home. i was a little nervous about flying with 2 youngsters and a one-armed husband...but it went much better than expected. the girls are at such great ages right now. they are old enough to carry their own carry-ons and sat relatively still for most of the 2 hour flight. (minus the last 20 minutes where they both started to get a little stir crazy.)
