birthday shout out

a very special birthday shout out to my number one blog reader...this one's for you nana!!!
when i first started this blog i wasn't sure if i'd keep up with it or if anyone would read it. then i found out that my grandparents not only read it, but look forward to my new posts. they are one of the main reasons i blog so much. i know for a fact that my nana checks this page every morning. it's good to know that at least one person will read what i have to say! i love that i am able to give her weekly updates on her great grandchildren and that she can see what we do day to day.
my nana is one amazing lady. not only is she fabulous behind a sewing machine, as you saw with ryan's birthday quilt, but she is equally as talented in the kitchen and with power tools. if it wasn't for nana our house would never be as organized as it is. when i called and said we were finally moving in, she was over for 2 straight days helping us move. for that we are forever grateful.
she is mom to 4 and nana to 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. and i think i can speak for all of us when i say...we love you nana!
