we interrupt our regularly scheduled birthday blogging to update you on a certain little birdie who turns 3 months today! how could 3 whole months fly by so fast?

at 3 months you are still as sweet as ever. you eat every 3-4 hours during the day and can go about 5 hours in the middle of the night. you aren't sleeping through the night, but only wake up a couple times. i have not broken our bad habit of sleeping together. after your first wake up i still bring you in bed with me. I just can't help myself, it is just so easy while I'm nursing you. not to mention i just love snuggling with you. i know, i know...i need an intervention. we are planning to make the big switcheroo upstairs this weekend, so hopefully your new crib will entice you to sleep all night. (wishful thinking!)

you have recently found your hands and love to suck on your first two fingers. you will take the binky but don't seem to be dependent on it. i have a feeling once you figure out where your thumb is it will be all over.

you are still working very hard at tummy time. you love to lift that little peanut head to see what's going on in front of you. when on your back you try to roll over. you can make it onto your side but that arm of yours always seems to stop you. for the most part you are perfectly content laying on your back and kicking your feet. if there happens to be a fan overhead, you are in heaven.

your sisters are still very much in love with you. sometimes a little too much...

they want to hold you all the time now that you can actually sit up in their laps. you are a good sport about it and just go with the flow!

we last went to the doctor when you were 10.5 weeks old. (you are 13 weeks today) at that appointment you were 10lb 5oz and 23 inches long. which put you at the 25th percentile for both. we definitely have another petite hauck girl on our hands!
