easter blessings
6:14 PMeaster.
what a wonderful holiday.
it's a time of hope, a time of new beginnings and time for good old fashioned family togetherness. not to mention the gorgeous spring weather we have all been dreaming about here in the midwest. after such a cold, harsh winter a 75 degree easter sunday was just perfect!
we started our morning off with mass at sgm...and by mass i basically mean a playdate for the kids in the lobby of church because we got there too late to get a seat.
here is documentation of my children all nice and clean. by the end of the day those dresses needed some help! (they've been soaking in oxyclean since Monday morning)

after mass we had a couple hours to veg back at the house before our 1st event. vegging for the girls meant running around in their underwear. for me, it meant sitting on the couch for a few minutes and waking up an hour later. (it seems i have come full circle in this pregnancy and am back to being narcoleptic.)

back in their dresses and at our first party of the day. bellerive and their balloon animals never disappoint!

ryan was the only brave one to have her pic with the bunny.

this was may's reaction

after lunch we headed to our next event...dinner at my parents and another hunt. i didn't get as many pics. i apologize, me & my baby brain left the house without my good camera.

these two are 8 weeks apart...8 weeks!! molly is growing like a weed and leaving lills (and ryan for that matter) in her dust. she obviously gets that height from the sweeney side.

nothing beats a briarcreek egg hunt! man, are those some cute kids or what?!?

we hope your easter was as joyful and chocolate filled as ours.
