summer week 8

my goodness, this summer is zooming by.

with this post we're going back a couple weeks to the time i dragged all my friends peach picking. for the most part everyone loved it...baby ryan, on the other hand, did not. thank god megan is stuck with me for life because after that excursion i was worried she may never talk to me again!

after peaches we headed to the blackberry bushes...

















annie was a big fan of the berries...obviously.

i just love making the trip out to the orchards. i'm thinking baby ry will love it come apple season.

the rest of the week was fun-filled as well.

we celebrated dottie's birthday.




we hung out at the club.


we had a evening pool date with my mom and dad.








friday was especially jam packed with fun. we started the day with cessie at the pool in her complex.


then headed back to her condo for lunch and her early birthday celebration!


that evening we started the night with burgers at carl's...


we ended the evening with sno cones.
i just can't get over may with her rosy cheeks and her ballerina bun.









and then there's this one. who looks like she's 12.







that weekend brought some major kid-free fun for me. i'm talking girlfriends, pool, cocktails, and zero kids.
all. day. long.
it was glorious.






sunday it was back to these nutso's and more pool action.











it was such a great week.

i am in total denial that summer is coming to a close...
