it's our 5th annual hauck holiday skate on the blog today! 

i know i say it a lot in the month of december...but this event truly is my favorite night of the year. it couldn't be possible without all the wonderful faces you'll see below. it's because of you all that this event is always such a success. so thank you to everyone who came out this year!

every year this event grows and grows. i would love nothing more than to invite everyone i know but i also want the kids to be able to skate without it looking like a public session. at the height of the night we came close to looking like one. the ice was perfectly packed!

ok, ok...i'll stop boring you and let the pictures do the talking!

this was easily the best part of the night for dan. a sheet of ice to himself and playing pass with his daughter. 

(since he isn't much of a baseball player...this is dan and lil "having a catch." field of dreams...anyone?)
