christmas eve morning. 

12 kids 8 and under.

one picture for their great grandmother.

most would think this would be a recipe for disaster...but that is just how much we love our nana! 

as you will see below, getting 12 kids to sit still and look forward and smile is pretty much an impossible feat. i have about 25 outtakes of this very picture.

thankfully no children were harmed in the taking of these pictures. there was, however, a lot of candy bribing going on. i also kind of wish someone had pictures of us moms during this debacle. i can only imagine how insane we looked trying to get these kiddos of ours to look at us and smile.
