find yourself a comfortable seat because...it's holiday skate time!
this was year six of this wonderful tradition and it's easy to see that every year gets better and better and better. dan and i look forward to this night all year. we love being surrounded by family and friends over the holidays and nothing beats seeing them all out on the ice!
ok, i'll zip it and let the pictures do the talking...
there isn't much that beats the first few minutes of the night. before all our awesome guests arrive...when my girls (and dan) have the ice all to themselves.
the holidays, the ice, his girls...this, my friends, is dan's happy place.

may was more into the snacks than the skates this year. however, she indulged her best buddy for a minute with a little stick handling.
