photo shoot
6:12 PMit seems fall is the time of year to for photo shoots. we just had one 2 weeks ago and have another one this saturday. i mean, who do we think we are? celebrities??
let me explain...the last shoot was for my dad's side of the family. my mom had the idea when a gal she works with offered her services and with my aunt debbie in town from california for the week...we couldn't pass up the opportunity. the next shoot is our annual fall shoot with our favorite photog for our christmas cards. obviously we will be +1 by the time we send the cards out, but eileen only does these shoots on one weekend in october. so, we'll have to just think of a fun way to incorporate #3 when the time comes.
speaking of #3...i was over at my parent's last night when a friend of ours came over and wanted to try the "ring test" out on me. that's the old wives tale where you hang a gold band from a string over the wrist of someone expecting. if the ring sways back & forth it's a boy...in a circle it's a girl. of course it is just for fun but it definitely went back and forth. maybe i will be renaming this blog afterall??

The ring test told me BOY!!! :) I hear it is pretty accurate! We had really low heart rates too. So low that I went and bought boy bedding at PBK! Can't wait to see if it is true for you! Hope the pregnancy is treating you well, you look great!
ReplyDeleteFister...how's life with two?!? What were blake's heart rates? I have another ultrasound on the 24th. I think I will still be SHOCKED if this baby really is a boy...ring test said boy, Chinese calendar says girl. Guess we'll see for sure in 7 weeks!!
