beaver creek instagrammed

this past weekend we headed west to one of our favorite spots this country has to offer. i have yet to upload my camera pictures but thought i would give you a little sneak peek with my instagram pics.

(if you follow me on instagram, then i apologize for the redundancy.)

we took off thursday morning. may enjoyed her first ride with the grandpa perk!

once we got into beaver creek we headed straight outside. ryan was in awe of all the wildflowers on the side of the road she saw on the drive to grandpa's house...so we headed out to find some for ourselves.






my barefoot princess lilly let us borrow her boot to hold all our finds.



i love having a gal that is always ready to pose for me!



the next morning we lounged around the house for a bit while daddy played golf.



then headed down to the village for some fresh beaver creek air



and to take some pictures of our adorable kids



i feel like the following picture really shows my girl's personalities at this stage in life. ryan being bossy, lilly looking bored, and may just taking it all in.

that night dan & i took our girls out for pizza. does my little bird look adorable in a pair of jeans, or what? makes me very excited for fall weather!



on saturday dan & i picked up our pal ryan and headed to copper mountain with the girls for a little festival. there was music, face painting and pony rides. a good time was had by all!



our final day in beaver proved to be my favorite...especially when we took the girls for a ride on the lift.



they absolutely loved it!!!









once at the top we just sat back and took in the view while the girls played in the sandbox.








it was such a wonderful holiday weekend. i can't wait until our next trip out west...
