18 months

her stats were dead on to her 15th (and 12) month appointments. this girl is consistent. she got a tiny bit fatter and a tiny bit taller. i was just so happy she finally hit the 20lb mark! 20.7...5th percentile. i know, i know such a shrimp! her length was a little better...25th percentile. she is small but mighty! even the nurse giving her the shots was surprised at how strong she was trying to squirm away from that needle.

besides being perfect in every way...lilly is becoming such a big girl. as you can see her hair is finally long enough for pig tails. i am still shocked she keeps them in...but i found out that lilly loves it when i play with her hair. especially if she's tired...she will sit for minutes on end! gets this from her aunt bossy...who would always try to make me play with her hair when we were little.

lilly is also talking up a storm. she still speaks "lilly" which no one can translate...but she is starting to speak english now too. she can say almost everyone's name in the family. we especially love to make her say "molly moo" over and over because for some reason she says that in a special way. she is sleeping like a champ...12 hours at night and a 3 hour nap in the afternoon. has a hiccup every now and then and will wake up at night but for the most part she's a good sleeper. her teeth have slowed down. has 4 on top and 3 on bottom but her back molars are sprouting through.

lilly loves her sis, loves her dog, loves her cousins and loves, loves, loves her bottle. dr sara says i need to break her of that...easier said than done. that is going to be my new years resolution. that and to get ryan to go on the potty seat...but that is a whole different post!
