dinner with santa

to continue our holiday themed weekend...we headed to bellerive on sunday evening for dinner with santa. i'm sure it seems like i am torturing my children with all these santa events...but this event has more than just the man in red. for starters, there is the fabulous marrianette show. the girls absolutely loved this. ryan didn't move for the entire show and lil sat through almost all of it. there was a part of the show where they call some kids up to help. i could tell ryan was itching to go up there but was a little apprehensive...i bet next year she'll be the first one up there!

trip wasn't a big fan of the puppet show. i can't say that i blame you buddy...those marianette guys creep me out. i was shocked that lilly liked it as much as she did.

after the show and before dinner we had to give santa a try once again. i love ryan's face in our family shot...she is soooo not feeling him this year!

however, she was very excited about the gift he gave her. we will have got to remember to put mary ryan next year...the poor thing always gets a boy toy! this years was a cars bowling set.
