two blog posts in one day. am i wild or what?

a few weeks ago we dolled up all the kiddos and headed to a nearby studio to get some professional shots taken. it has been so long since we've had shots taken of the girls, it was way overdue. and since our normal photog is taking a little time to concentrate on being a mommy (tear) we thought we'd give this studio a shot.

how did it go?? see for yourself...

i realize i am slightly bias...but come on. have you ever seen two cuter little girls in your life?!?

don't you just love it when good hair days fall on picture day?!? i would like to thank the little mermaid shampoo for giving those curls a little extra bounce that morning!

and of course we couldn't leave without trying to get one of all 5 of the kiddos. we thought this of course would be a recipe for disaster. 5 kids under 4 + the end of the shoot + close to lunch time = disaster, right? just look at our little rockstars!!!

we will for sure be back for studio pics on a regular basis. well at least as many times a year as dan will let me get completely taken by their $9.95 special. $10, $100...i mean really what's the difference?!? these pictures are priceless if you ask me :)
